This presentation chronicles the origins of corn in Mexico, and its spread to the Pueblo Tribes in the Southwest, and throughout North America. We will focus on a few early settlements and agricultural practices, as well as the role and increasing importance of corn to Pueblo communities in that time period. Corn is known for its versatility, so we will also highlight some modern uses of this prevalent grain. More Info >>
