Exhibit: “Timeless Beauty:
Pueblo Women Artists of the 20th Century”
This exhibit in collaboration with  the Adobe Gallery and  School for Advanced Research and Human Experience highlights the works of famed Pueblo women artists, Blue Corn (San Ildefonso), Tonita Pena (Cochiti) Margaret Tafoya (Santa Clara), Helen Cordero (Cochiti), Helen  Hardin (Santa Clara), Lucy Lewis (Acoma), Maria Martinez (San Ildefonso), Pablita Velarde (Santa Clara).

Call Of All Drums “Call of All Drums” a collaborative film festival that will focus on the cinematic productions and products of African American and Native American filmmakers concurrently.  Meaningful information and films that speak directly to the interconnectedness of the African American experience and the Native American experience in contemporary society.

Exhibit: “IPCC Annual Children’s Art Show”
Every year, the IPCC sponsors an exhibit of the work of Native New Mexican children ranging from grades K-6 who work in a wide variety of mediums.

Exhibit:  “Office of Indian Education Student Art Exhibition”
The Native American Student Art Competition originated as a student and school activity to support the President’s Executive Order on Indian Education and the 2005 National Conference on Indian Education.  The art exhibition seeks to emphasize to Native youth, the importance of pursuing an education and the value of education  in Native communities.

Remembering the Pueblo Revolt of 1680
This date commemorates one of the few most successful uprisings against European occupation  in the New World.  The lecture will talk about why and how the Pueblo Indians organized this campaign to drive the Spaniards from Pueblo country.
